If you have been following the story of my mama, then you know that we were eagerly awaiting the results of her brain MRI. I am SO happy to report that my mom’s MRI was clear! No changes were seen! How AMAZING is that? It’s hard to even comprehend that my mom went from having stage IV brain cancer and barely being able to move, to now being cancer free. She says to me “I’m going to be a cure.” Well, I can tell you, she IS a cure. She’s my cure. I love that lady!
She also is having her chemo port removed and is being taken off of two of her medications. AND she’s allowed to drive. Anywhere. That means she can come to my house when she’s feeling up to it….
Guess I might need to clean our guest room, which the kids know as “Bama’s Room.”
Truly truly amazing!
And here’s one of my sweet daughter. I like to think that this is how my soul felt when I heard the news!
I love you, mom. Keep fighting the fight. You are my inspiration, and I love you.
